The Desert House is a home where the living/dinning room is also the front yard. The north facing walled yard is open to the sun and elements, but can be quickly covered. The compact Kitchen is linear wasting no corners. The main room doubles as a bedroom or a short overhead loft may be added. The design is high-end but minimal. The concept can readily be expanded for a large home. This is an ideal desert living concept.
